Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

Dear Clients, Colleagues & Friends,

 

This is an update regarding the restrictions imposed by the Government regarding Covid-19.

 

We have closed our office to the public but, the team are working remotely for essential management requirements.

 

Our staff will be helping to progress and coordinate new tenancies and move in tenants that would otherwise be homeless, deal with essential maintenance to managed properties and assist with the safe handover of keys where needed.

 

With regards to any properties currently being marketed, we are now suspending viewings under the Government directive. Obviously we will return to normal operations as soon as regulations permit.

You may experience some disruption in our service due to reduced operating capability, but are working hard to minimise any inconvenience and ask for your patience and understanding at this time.

 

If your enquiry is not urgent, we’d be very grateful if you would send us an email rather than call. Emails are easier for processing.
